There are two on-airport conference rooms available for rent. Each room has teleconference ability and can be set-up for presentations. The East Conference Room has a table that can easily seat 10 while the North Conference Room can be set-up to host parties with as many as 20 people. Two rental car companies, Enterprise and Hertz, are located near Herlong Recreational Airport and will deliver a vehicle at your request. To make a reservation, please be sure to call one of the local numbers below and let them know you’ll be arriving at Herlong. Please note that Hertz will typically only deliver a car to the airport if you’re a Gold member:

A crew car is available for pilots flying into First Coast Flight Center at Herlong Recreational Airport. The vehicle is available on a first come, first served basis; we encourage you to call ahead and speak with a member of our staff if you think you may need to utilize it. The following is a list of rules and guidelines that requestors must agree to before using the FBO vehicle: 

• Drivers must present a valid driver’s license and current credit card.
• Drivers must obey all traffic laws while using the FBO crew car
• A minimum fuel purchase of 10 gallons of AvGas or Jet-A is required to use the crew car
• Vehicle cannot be used for travel to any sporting events, gambling establishments, bars or adult entertainment venues Vehicle must be returned within two hours of check-out time 
• Discontinue use of crew car if any signs of maintenance issues arise and contact a staff member at 904-783-2805
• Any damage to the crew car must be reported immediately to a staff member of First Coast Flight Center at 904-783-2805

First Coast Flight Center has a pilot lounge in the FBO terminal. Amenities include an HD television with cable, two couches, two recliners, magazines and a view of the airfield.
